At Wairuna Organics of New Zealand Wwoofers are welcome all year round ! Our 3.6 ha Farm is fully certified with OFNZ (Organic Farm New Zealand  )We are using  permaculture principles.

All aspects of flower and vegetable/herb horticulture and general farm maintenance work.  We grow a wide range of vegetables for the local markets.  Each Saturday you can find Wairuna Organics vegetables and flowers at the Dunedin Market.

For four good hours a day of work Willing Workers can experience first-hand life on a certified organic farm.  Duties include weeding, planting, pruning, milking, harvesting, packaging of market vegetables, and daily maintenance of farm.

Each day you will experience a variety of work to keep the days fresh and exciting.

We have had more than 500 different WWOOFers come and help out at our farm in the last four years.  We look forward to meeting more Willing Workers and helping each other learn more about organic farming and permaculture.

Our farm is located in the town of Clinton between Balclutha and Gore in the Otago region.
